I have been a customer of Direct Energy for quite a few years. Each year the rate they have offered me, has reduced my electric bill considerably. I consider Direct Energy to be an excellent company to deal with and will continue to use them as my electric supplier.

Horrible Horrible first impression for a new customer! Wanted same day service, paid the deposit sent all requested documents MULTIPLE times! Still no electricity! Horrible! If you want same day service STAY AWAY! They will take ur money and leave you in the dark! Literally!

I honestly regret having this company as my provider, customer service is not existent, the mobile app ALWAYS has a bug unable to make the payments in my busy schedule, when you call customer service the robot lady answers and it’s a very primitive cheap version of customer service very inefficient, if this company is not investigating in good quality of customer support imagine their services, be my guest, I hardly understand the Indian person when they answer, Taking my business somewhere else
