He helped me set up a new account and select the best, most cost effective plan based on my usage. He even gave me a tip on how monitoring my usage can save me money. Excellent customer service!!
The customer service agent that helped me was wonderful! I didn’t catch his name but he was very patient in explaining the rates and plans to me, and even held for a few minutes while I helped my customers. I appreciate his great attitude and friendly nature.
Haven't moved in yet to receive service or pay bills, but set up was very thorough and easy! Jose was a great customer service representative and I felt well taken care of. Wasn't pushy at all to try and get a plan I didn't want. Given that many energy companies are known for bad customer service, I was very impressed that Gexa was top-notch in this department.
My representative, Julio, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain each plan in detail.
