I must say, I'm quite disappointed. It's mind-boggling that I'm now paying one-third of what I used to pay to Champion Energy for my tiny apartment, and with a new carrier, I'm enjoying affordable electricity for my big house. I believe Champion Energy's rates were simply too high. I would recommend others to consider alternative options. It's wise to explore different providers and find one that offers fair pricing. They would still bill you after your contract ends and you choose not to renew. It is crucial to contact them and explicitly cancel the service, as they seem unaware of the concept of non-renewal.
New to Champion in the Dallas area. Was a customer when I lived and Houston and loved them. I just started service with them and a BIG BIG issue in going with them is you actually talk to a person when you have a problem. They work to get your issues resolved. I pay to much for energy to deal with phone message bots and online chat bots that never are able to address any problems and keep you in "bot" hell. I really think going with Champion is going to be a great decision.
