We switched to octopus a couple of years ago and have no complaints. Such an easy company to deal with, great customer service, can email/chat rather than call and everything is handled quickly and professionally. Have been very reliable with sending information over the last year regarding price increases way before they come into force. App is great. Highly recommend.
I have had such an amazing experience as an Octopus customer, particularly during such worrying times of the cost of living crisis and with rising energy costs. I feel that Octopus have customer service as their number one priority. Octopus always provide you with immediate information and advice via email; I find their website and my account access easy to manage and it’s instantly updated. Octopus are by far the best energy company I have used.
Excellent Customer Service! I encountered a problem while attempting to make an online payment. Unfortunately, the call center couldn't offer immediate help. However, I decided to reach out to their customer service via email, and to my surprise, I received a prompt call back from their main office within minutes. Together, we identified and resolved the issue efficiently. I must commend their outstanding attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Kudos to them for a job well done!
We have been with Octupus since the beginning thanks to my very smart father in law who researches everything and advised us on who the best energy supplier was / is. Have never had a single problem with any of the prices changes etc and they ķeep you informed in a fun but sensible way explaining everything that is happening during this mad time. I recommend them to anyone I hear having problems with other suppliers and now that a good friend has switched to them, both she and I got compensated which was a nice boost during dark times. If you contact them for help or advice they will always reply within 48 hrs, usually sooner, and that too gives you confidence you are with the right people. Whilst they continue to do such a reassuring job, I will continue to be a customer of theirs. Simple.
