terrible customer service. Asked for a manager to call me back waited a week called back and they are telling me i have to wait another 48 hours. They let anyone open an account if they have a social security #. No security checks. Had some one open an account under my name a racked up thousands. Just terrible.
We recently installed a Tesla solar roof and Powerwalls. I was very excited to have a plan that credited us for excess power generation. They do have some preferred plans for Tesla customers that are quite good.

The customer service representatives barely speak English and they sound like they are reading from a script. I am an existing residential customer. When I called to switch to the lower rate published on Power to Choose, I was told that MP2 wouldn’t switch me to a lower rate. The representative couldn’t explain why, other than saying, “We don’t do that.” This company obviously does not care about retaining customers who are in good standing.
