We have been Cirro Energy customers for about seven years. We never had any problems, until now. This year around renewal time, apparently the system did not complete the renewal process as previous years. Outcome: two months with bills over $500 and we get told there is nothing that could be done. Apparently, we were placed on a flex plan and had no idea because initially we had an ac issue (which we thought caused the high bill), yet the entire system/unit was replaced and the issue was still present.
