I called to cuss them out for the spike in my Energy bill and the no knowledge of having 2 parties for my energy consumption; After explaining the reason for separate company and i now know in asking for a budget as i did (paying same p/mo, no matter the time of year) through Meted, actually means they sign you up with a separate energy company for cheaper kilowatts, you must keep your contract active.
