We have been completely satisfied and happy with our service with Spark Energy. They arrive on the days they are expected for trash, recycle or yard debris. If you are in need of a new service, we highly recommend them as they are efficient, dependable and hardworking.

I've been with Spark Energy for almost 14 years now. I've never had any big issues with them. They've been readily available to work with me on renegotiating rates every time my contract is up. Customer service has always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. You also don't have to deal with speaking to a robot for endless amounts of time. I've always spoken directly with an actual representative.

So far my experience with Spark Energy has been perfect. Never had an issue, every time the lights went out it was across the board and it came back for all of us... No delays. Even if they are not the leading company, I feel their service and prices are way better than any of it's competitors. I remained their customer for 6+ years and I'm not going anywhere as long as they remain the same. Truly recommend!

My experience with Spark Energy was fine. I used their contract pricing for years. It's all about cost as the lines are handled by Center Point and they all work together to provide good service. SE marks up the cost to CP each month for the power lines. So, the new contract price was not acceptable for me to continue with Spark Energy. It's a good idea to have competitive pricing and help everyone to see the costs.

We selected Spark Energy after much research indicated that they would provide the lowest monthly cost for our usage. I always recommend pricing around when your contract is about to be up, and they have given MANY notices that we're nearing that deadline - clear communication! I'm pleased to see that they're not hoping we'll forget to pick a plan and shift over to the (much more expensive) month-to-month pricing.
