I signed up with Onpoint recently and everything has been great so far. I was getting charged 17 cents from my other provider and this company helped cut my bill in almost half. I was dreading taking care of this but they made the process pretty seamless and straight forward. I am here to tell anyone who has no idea where to start with switching that they dont have to look any further than here!

The name says it all! OnPoint has been “On Point” since I signed up. I switched almost 6 months ago from a well known and large competitor in the Houston area and am saving between $50-75 per month on average with this company based on kwh usage. Service has been super smooth from day 1 and they’ve responded quickly to the couple inquiries I’ve had. Online portal is easy to use to make payments as well. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable and affordable electricity service.

If you’re not using OnPoint, you’re just wrong!!!!!! I truly can’t say enough about this amazing new company. Since switching to OnPoint I have had nothing but a pleasant and EASY experience. From their personalized customer service (Marguerite is awesome to work with) to setting up auto pay for my account, everything has been a seamless and EASY process. In this high paced world we live in, life is so busy and hectic, and to have a utility provider that I trust and makes my experience EASY is such a breath of fresh air. Im there to stay!
