Today we spoke to customer service and they were nonchalant. Looking for another provider. The provider would rather cancle a customer or provide no solutions, so much for caring about your long term customers.
I'm very impressed with the support I have received from the Clearview Energy team. Friendly, knowledgeable, and with a customer-first mindset. Maria Lara was a godsend helping me enroll with my new energy supplier. I had some difficulty and she was VERY patient helping me with the enrollment. Also, I am hard of hearing and she spoke very clearing and slowly allowing me to understanding everything. When there was some confusion on my part with my supplier account number, she helped me figure out my error and was kind enough to follow up with me when my enrollment was complete. I wish all online customer service representative were like Maria as it would make life so much easier. Maria should be an example for all your customer service reps.
